- Embrun
2 km after Embrun take on the left on the D40 for about
12 km. Park zour car in the parking lot of the Park Rieu-Sec
1665 m. at Les Orres.

Access:
From
the parking take the path to a hut 1'700 m. If you would
like to start with La Cascade take the path on the way
down to your right towards the river.
Via
Ferrata de la Marcelinas:
It
is a very varied ferrata. It starts with a small wall
and an crossing
overhead where you will be pleased to use your arms until
a small platform. Then a new crossing with giddiness.
After some ways up you will see from the sky the village
of Les Orres... and the finish line is already in sight.
From
there, two options are offered to you: to go down or continue
in La Cascade.
Attention:
La Cascade is only for the experts
Via
Ferrata de la Cascade:
If you wish to continue since Marcelinas, take
on the left on left bank of the torrent and go down up
to 1550 m while following the marked out trace. You will
have been warned, it is high stunt-flying and very technique,
with nevertheless two possible loopholes. You begin with
80 very intense Mr. to a larch, and the escape first.
If you continue in a
vertiginous crossing. The passages are technical and athletic.
An easier crossing will put back you in a second fault
and the 2 loophole. This second part is quite as long
as the first and quite as difficult.
If
you wish to continue from the Marcelinas, take on the
left on left bank of the torrent and go down the hill
to 1550 m. Follow the marks.
You

ferrata until you reach a larch, and the first loophole.
